Quality, Safety & Dignity

Advancing safe, respectful, people-centred healthcare that earns public trust.

HAAN advances quality, safety and dignity in healthcare delivery, working with providers and health facilities to raise the standard of care patients receive. We promote safe clinical practices, respectful treatment and people-centred service models that put patients — not systems — at the centre of care.

Trust is built when people know they will be treated with dignity and receive care that meets recognised safety and quality standards. HAAN supports the policies, training and accountability mechanisms that make that trust possible.

  • Promoting adherence to safety and clinical quality standards
  • Advancing respectful, people-centred models of care
